Dawn W. Dubbs

Dawn W. Dubbs, M.Ed., has been an educator for more than 38 years. She taught elementary education in public schools, as well as early childhood and elementary education courses at the college level. As a classroom teacher, she participated in development of Art as a Way of Learning® through Northampton Community College and wrote lesson plans and designed art work for lesson plans and children’s projects on Crayola.com. During her teaching career, she was often involved in creating new, integrated curriculum for Bethlehem (PA) Area School District classrooms.

Now retired, she volunteers as a school-wide reader and weekly kindergarten volunteer. She has two adult children, Lindsay and Nathaniel, as well as a grandson.
