Partnership
We work through your leadership, not around it.
Partnership with TEACH Rwanda means your teachers gain a method and a mentor, while your school keeps its own identity, leadership and direction.
Two routes
Which kind of partner are you?
School partnership
- Your school enters the T4T cycle
- Needs assessment, observation, workshops, mentoring
- Goals set jointly with your leadership
- Roughly two years to reach TEACH Rwanda Standards
- Your teachers, your learners, your classrooms
Organisational partnership
- NGOs, technical bodies and institutions
- Collaboration on programmes and materials
- You bring specialist delivery, we bring pedagogy
- Example: STELA on robotics and STEM
- Scope agreed case by case
The commitment
What we ask of partners.
- 01
Leadership involvement
Head teachers and owners collaborate with us on goal‑setting. Change that leadership has helped shape is change that lasts.
Time from leaders and school staff, not just teachers - 02
Practice time between sessions
Teachers need room to try new methods with their own learners between workshops. This is where change actually happens.
Protected time in the timetable - 03
Openness to being observed
Mentoring works best when teachers invite someone into ordinary lessons, including the ones still taking shape. Every lesson is a chance to learn and grow.
A growth mindset, not a performance
